I started with a start-up phase of one week, with 4 x 5g daily and then to permanent income (in the morning and only 3g morning intake after exercise 3g, training days) converted.
What has struck me directly negative is the fact that the powder dissolves though, but still a good rest remains in the glass, since one must then advance still then drink something. The effect that I could find so far is that I felt the training a bit can afford more, I say I'm better at the stop where really about nothing more. In addition, the upper arms look much plumper during training, veins that were not visible before are now very visible.
Now for me the best effect, the muscles remain in me really made completely and that too if I miss me really. I go in the other three times a week to the gym.
Unfortunately, so far is no weight gain determine rather a weight loss of original'm 75kg to 71kg down since I take creatine, approximately one month.
