I have the NX 300M now a few weeks in operation and have excellent (according to my standards) images produced thereby. The camera is in my opinion a high quality finish for this price range, sits comfortably in the hand and is easy to grip, all the buttons are easily accessible, meaningful positions and the touch screen is a stunner.
I use the 20-50mm Power Zoom lens and had also worried me the 30mm prime lens. The Power Zoom is already delivering good results and especially the fixed focal length of Samsung can I put any fond, this is really strong and light allows great, tack-sharp images, even in low light (without flash). Portrait photos are just awesome and the game with the depth of field or blur (bokeh, etc.) I find terrific.
A few weeks ago me some concepts in photography were completely new and I understand in many respects only station .... I have recently more intensively with the possibilities beyond the automatic functions of a camera employed (manual mode, settings for aperture, shutter speed, ISO, manual focus, etc.) and it has me really fun to experiment with this camera ... The swivel display with touch screen has many options, including brilliant photos from unorthodox angles correctly (Selfies course). The clear operating instructions to the camera, which also contains useful tips on photography, I found really great, I got me this from the same www downloaded (the enclosed instructions I've not even seen) ... The operation of the camera is intuitive and even as a beginner, I had many functions in different modes soon under control .... Even in manual mode, the display provides a lot of valuable information, so that we understand quickly, to which wheel you must still turn to get a good and tidy exposed photo .... have looked at before buying quasi crash course in some other instructions from established manufacturers and I had (subjectively) feel at the NX 300 is the easiest to understand menu ...
The autofocus is in low light conditions or at very difficult to detect motives are not always 100% reliable and pumped occasionally something before focusing. This is me (and apparently also some users) have noticed, but I found it not so bad and used in such a (rare) conditions to make the manual focus. As here I can not say cut off other devices when compared, for snapshots provides any case the automatic mode for almost all occasions and under normal conditions - excellent and reliable results. I photograph mainly to a maximum ISO 1600 and I must say the noise is low and the image quality is more than adequate. The Image Stabilizer (only Power Zoom) also allows for fairly calm hands amazingly slow shutter speeds (even beyond the warnings of the camera), so you can take pictures with the kit still at relatively bad conditions ...
The battery is a bit weak chest and I've a spare battery and a charger (not even original parts) concerned and am now sure to make ends meet ...
The camera is in my opinion a bargain compared to other devices, which (presumably) hardly provide better results and in proportion but are relatively expensive .... So for me the device is a 5 star deserves, great value for money, excellent photos and even the video mode is set apart from the tone absolutely useful .....
