- Solubility: when you first open the stuff looked very lumpy and stuck firmly to the spoon. Are you the first powder into the shaker, then the liquid on it, the stuff takes off the ground and you have to afterwards scrape with a spoon because no help shake. Conversely go lighter, but shaking too little, it does not dissolve, it shakes too much, the shaker full of foam. Whether with milk or water, powder alone or with other supplements, it is always foams and can then only more bad drunk.
- Taste: getting used to. On the box is vanilla, but I could only faintly taste.
- Content: "High-quality whey protein, casein and soy protein, including BCAA's (L-Leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine)". The content can I in any other protein also. The BCAA's are not even 1% far from noteworthy.
- Price: the product would cost between 10-15 euros / kilo, I could perhaps suggest, but why one requires about 37 euros / kilo here is beyond me. The popular brand proteins, depending on the amount mainly in the range of 25 euros / kilo, some are at 30 euros / kilo limit, but everything about it I think is exaggerated.
