I have a screen protector for my Lenovo Thinkpad Helix purchased from Bedifold through Amazon Marketplace. This was not Bubble free installation even in strict compliance with the enclosed instructions on the freshly cleaned, dry and dust-free display. After contacting the dealer me three methods were offered to the solution which were all inadequate. 1) removal of dust particles from the protective film with tweezers 2) washing the film with cold water and drying in a dust-free environment 3) Side stripping of bubbles. 1) and 2) were unsuccessful - scratched only the film. After application of 3) were consistent Bildstoerungen on my display. This had to be sent in for repair.
On my request for reimbursement of the purchase price Bedifol offered me only with "new order of the same article a 20% discount" on. This is completely unacceptable. Only through the Amazon A - Z guarantee I could get my money back.
When reviewing the product portfolio of Bedifold fall on a significant number of defective product reviews. In comments to problems like the mentioned several times that I have described, as the refusal of the dealer to refund the purchase price of the defective goods.
Two lessons for the purchase of screen protectors: 1) No cheap goods to buy 2) Do not buy Bedifold - there must still be other traders who take their business seriously.
