Outages - brittle Buse

She broke down six months after purchase, fortunately warranty!

Eighteen months after purchase, I am a third broken steam pipe. The plastic nozzle not resistant to heat or pressure. The first nozzle is ejected from the machine and I almost burn my face with pressurized steam.

A family member who has the same just send it for repair. Unfortunately it is no longer under warranty and had to pay 25 euros a quote to an authorized repairer.

I do not recommend this machine: it is unreliable. Expect to buy 2 nozzles per year after the end of the warranty (not including potential failures).
