The HK 125 XXL Heating pad is for about three years in my possession and had at this time a total of three times for a repair to be sent, but a total of easily proceeded. The heating pad itself has a very good quality, beautifully finished, large and cozy with respect - there is really no point of criticism on my part. From the brand Beurer I will in the future stay away and look around for another heating pad, although there are few alternatives in heating pad in these dimensions.
