Despite identical construction can be found between the Siemens and Bosch small differences:
The drawers are in Bosch transparent, frosted at Siemens. Accordingly, we have chosen to Bosch, because you can see so directly, what is stored in the freezer compartments.
The startup was simple. The adhesive strips that hold the drawers removed. 6h wait for delivery and enable.
The interior is very spacious and mE divided by sense. The bright LED light is great. The extra charge for foldable bottle is a nice feature. So this (beer, wine, etc.) must not be in an area where they back and herrollend consume space.
The door closes quite firm. As such, in some Liebherr no lever mechanism is installed, you would have to pull something.
The operation is very simple. The documentation can smile (here, the operating noise declared).
The only negative point (hence 1 star deduction) is the operating noise.
After I was wondering about the constant bubbling noise (during cooling operation), I looked up and called at Bosch:
The environmentally friendly (EUA) refrigerant R600, which is present in every refrigerator, generated this bubbling noises.
Therefore, any modern refrigerator is subjectively louder (bubble) than old. Lens not (decibels). Say: Any other. Because you have to (unfortunately) used.
Bosch has the KGE39AI40 also a quieter version of the program: KGE39AI45. Since this unfortunately was not available and my 4 decibel difference in the price appeared too low (and I blow bubbles from nothing yet know), I have to not even ordered.
For those interested: the demand for Bosch revealed that another compressor is installed, which was moreover still specially dammed. However, the only curbed the whirring noise of the compressor operation (which is really super quiet with the best will and not noticeable). The internal fan is identical (but goes only briefly, if you close the door). The bubble remains the same in any case, since the coolant must indeed flow through the rear radiator, which you can not insulate.
In short, the noise sensitive might pick up the .45 model (more expensive), the bubbling will remain.
Overall, the device is highly recommended. The basis of environmental protection new coolant used, is laudable. That the R600 means, however, such an abnormal noise is - yes, it at least I have to get used to first.
