This book should be seen as a starting point because Django is a framework offering more possibilities than those dealt with in the book. By cons, all points raised by the authors (from universities) are remarkable clarity and brevity. The only criticism I could make the use of UML could be further (perhaps in a future version of Advanced). Finally, the Eclipse development environment is a wise choice because it can allow the reader to test other MVC frameworks just as powerful as Rails (Ruby) or Play! (Java & Scala languages) via existing plugins.
