For that price the AC adapter is not included (damage), the USB cord black color is very good it allows synchronization and charging the device connected to it.

Well let's be clear it work but it is not very stable, a tablet is not held securely, charging works fine but use of the device once connected is not guaranteed, especially if it's a tablet, or risk seeing the object is disconnect (the micro-USB port cash in part the weight of the device).
