+ Very compact and attractive unit. Clean processing.
+ The projector performance is decent for the size, the demo videos make a good impression.
+ The service from Amazon was once again outstanding: We have the equipment returned, and still get a message to a refund on the same day.
Manual / Commissioning
- The accompanying short-Bedieungsanleitung is entirely superficial. You get the projector running, but then gets caught on details repeatedly.
- The menu-guided tour of the projector is from the concept is not bad, but again, then usually do not work, the individual points.
- A guided tour through the initial installation or a genuine introduction video = nil. An installed video shows how well the device could be, but is just annoying self-promotion.
- A reference to a detailed user guide (QR-code, web link) is to be found neither in the short nor in the manual menu. Actually prior art.
- On the website of Phillips you will find after a while, after one has durchgehangelt through annoying advertising, Invitation to lodge in the customer center, etc.: how upset customers?
- Expression of 35 pages Manual: very detailed description of the connection options ... WIFI, USB, iPad ... and then missing the start (or troubleshooting). IPad ... no signal ...
- Very detailed but is described, which accessories are still available and which special cable you have to buy yet.
- After three hours my wife and I who painted sails and returned the device. So no, Phillips should Apple, Samsung ... get here.
- In the meantime we bought from a VIVITEK QUMI5: slightly more expensive and bigger, but also much brighter. After 30 minutes we had PowerPoint (USB flash drive), iPhone with videos etc. run smoothly. All very positively, without much reading the instruction manual.
* As for me last even surprised: 5 points recessions for a device that you had to send back 4 times. Since some customers have really a lot of understanding.
