Ok, the shearing blade is slightly more compact than with my old razor the 7 Series, but it comes in addition to the handling, too, especially on the shaving performance on. And this is really impeccable. Difficult regions too, copes with the Cooltec problems and to the somewhat bulky design of the shaving head, which is due to the cooling element, you get used to quickly.
So everything was perfect not quite. In addition to the cleaning station and a loading station, AC power cord, travel case, cleaning cartridge and brush included. A little I missed the wall bracket, which still had my old Braun, unfortunately the Cooltec not fit into the old fixture and matching wall brackets I could not find on the Internet. This is now but not a negative criterion, but only an indication.
Negative is that the shaver can not be charged directly via the power cord, but only with the supplied charger or just as usual on the cleaning station. Especially when traveling so you have to always think of the charger. The cleaning station itself does not need to, because the razor cleaned with hot water and can be used in the shower and to withstand a water depth of 5m.
Another disadvantage and this bothers actually the most. The cleaning station of my old Braun shaver has cleaned the shaver and then dried. This does not make the cleaning station of Cooltec. The shaver comes after cleaning wet well of the station and should be removed for drying.
But now the absolute increase of the shaver: The cooling element! And that's really top notch with sensitive skin. The face is very pleasant and makes you feel chilled after shaving properly refreshed and most importantly, what is very important, occur absolutely no skin irritation on. What can happen in a normal dry shave ever yes.
