Who has celiac disease, knows about the everyday adversities in handling food, restaurant visits and invitations to dinner. The fact that now many "normal" foods like bread, pasta and Co. does not have to do without, has been a true blessing. But one remained the subject of beer for a long time only abstinence and renunciation. Mind you, I'm talking about "real" beer from water, malt and hops (and only that no millet, no sugar, no agave syrup) and not sour or tasteless rice brews. The unique method of Lammsbräu brewery, a beer brewed properly afterwards to escape the gluten, the hours of beer renunciation are now finally over. Taste, the gluten-free beer from Lammsbräu comes close to a off-dry Pils. I highly recommend the beer! There remains the hope that more beverage distributors and supermarkets to add this beer in their range, because the shops are so far limited to the Internet and some well-stocked health food stores.
