We had planned a 6600 DeLonghi Primadonna because the supposedly very good milk frothing. But the store myself, the machine has not particularly convinced of the quality of her. Sure, who never had a fully automatic, will be delighted with the DeLonghi. But basically, it does not differ much from Jurassic or Saeco machines, all of which are not built on durability (I have our Jura disassembled many times completely, I know whereof I speak).
In the WMF 800 infected Gastro technology. This is evident, for example, at the unique milk system rinsing, the disc grinder, at the extremely robust brew group, to the very detailed cleaning instructions (which you have to gather together in Jura only in various hobbyist forums), etc, etc. Ok, the machine costs almost 1700 Euros, and as WMF with a fixed price, you are looking on the Internet in vain for bargains. But it is really worth every euro. Opposite Jura are worlds apart!
The milk foam is fantastic, the coffee excellent, and thanks to a huge number of self-adjustable parameters (where else can you set the grinding time in tenths of a second?) Is still much room for optimization on the personal taste.
We bought the machine in a WMF branch. If Amazon were directly only from a Negotiator, not Amazon.
