The relation price / performance seemed to me here just to be the best and in fact I was not disappointed. My Nikon D800 together with the Nikkor 24-120 f4 not necessarily a lightweight. But without any problems, the friction of the ball head on this weight was set, the camera is secure and does not wobble. Clear the stability is fully extended lower than with my emphasis, but that is in the nature of things, to avoid depriving heavier tripods no raison d'être.
I transport the tripod in the kindly supplied bag. The weight is for me next camera bag and jacket actually hardly noticeable.
