Great receiver but no upscaling!

Unpacked product and first time studying the manual. Here I noticed the same on what others have already mentioned that the AVR NO performs upscaling the image from SD media! AMAZON: PLEASE CHANGE THE LAST IN THE HEADING OF THE PRODUCT !!!

Visually I think the AVR, simple and non-intrusive, a design miracle should not be expected since there arrives on the intrinsic values ​​here!

Plugging any component works very well, the cable clamps for the speakers tolerated my built into the walls 2.5mm² speaker cable very good. Were connected my PS3 and a high-end satellite receiver from Topfield. The AVR again, I closed on my TV (SONY BRAVIA KDL46 ...) on.
Cooperation between AVR and the components mentioned works flawlessly, thanks to HDMI and BRAVIA I now need no additional remote control (except for certain "Fine positions").

The calibration with the supplied micro's worked on Anhieb.Auch setting the speakers to the receiver (size / heart etc.) I have, thanks to the manual good job. Here it must be said that the AVR no OSD erzeugt.Um So make all the settings, it necessarily requires the manual. Even though I would have liked for me to carry out the controls on the monitor, not the LCD screen, I prefer here no star, because you my opinion, this can not be expected necessarily for a receiver in this price range.

I tested my system, among others, the film music for "Pirates of the Caribbean" via USB the Playstation; Movies on BlueRay like, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, Fast5 and Grown Ups:
I think playing in all areas such as voices, music and effect playback is a great cinema sound in nothing. The spatial perception was excellent and also the maximum level reaches it (reported by my wife of clattering glasses in the cupboard (side room)) perfect for my needs. And let's face it, who likes to listen to constantly to the absolute limit ???
