And now I would even ask what Metal Gear has always mattered. In my eyes there were the following points:
- A long Kampange
- A good story
- Bulky Cutscenes
- Exciting boss battles
- A strong performance of the individual characters
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, has none of that. It is a 1-2 hour long demo of eventually appearing Metal Gear Soliv V: The Phantom Pain, and nothing more.
Personally, I see this demonstration as dangerous, and indeed for the entire game market. Why? Because Hideo Kojima asks for a fucking demo to checkout his loyal and often for such things also blind fans, his original price for this demo even 10, was - Euro higher, at 40 $ /.
The game has no significant content. It plays on an actually quite manageable military base, on which you already mentioned, the main story if you like could finish in 6 minutes as already. Apart from that, the game offers a few "side missions" that are strongly reminiscent of the VR missions of its predecessor. Without significant story context creeps, shoots or just interrogated you look at over and over again by the same military base through.
The most magazines is give the game a 8/10 or 9/10 in my opinion totally unjustified. Are the two hours which includes the game, right? Yes. Nevertheless, we must not forget how much it costs. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes costs more than twice as much as so many a story DLC other games, and has compared to many even less content. Something like that must not happen.
I would all of MGS V interested to do give to the purchase until the release of MGS V: The Phantom Pain to wait. I'll bet that this demo is the game then accompanied.
As long as the game is more than 5, - or 10, - Euro cost I would in any case of a purchase absolutely advise. No matter how beautiful some fans try to talk the whole: The what you buy because of your 30 Euros, which is a demo. For the tanker mission from Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, you have paid no 30 euros, right? The there was free, as a demo .. and its scope was comparable.
