Trouble installing on Windows XP

about TL-WN823N adapter I had some difficulties to install on XP.
I download the latest drivers on the TP-Link website but not great results (the application is graphically beautiful but always wondered administrator rights before listing the available wireless networks not very annoying admin session, but much more standard user session).
Finally I installed the realtek drivers I downloaded from this page:

(I had identified the chipset as this one using the wifi dongle on windows 7).
With Realtek drivers: no problem. The GUI is pretty ugly, but at least everything works.
Bonus on the page you will have the realtek linux and mac drivers.
I give only 3 stars because for me the TP-mLINK solution is not only viable, at least not 100% compatible with xp as advertised.
7 On the key is recognized by the system: no need for drivers. So it should work better (note: not tested GUI TP-Link on Win 7).
