I then have them order me at my local dealer (because not in stock) because I can not be bothered Erlich had more on Amazon.
So ordered, and after a further 2 days I had my longed-H90 in his hands.
Daheim unpacked and examined, beautiful packaging, all wrapped up neatly, coolers and fans are still packed separately in the box.
Then first connect with caution the pump to the CPU fan (12V) (because I had read quite a few recessions with the Corsair pump defective / rattling / clicking sound)
Now the joy was great, but after turning pure disillusionment, the pump rattled a little.
Well I thought I installed times the watercooling and wanted to first test the cooling performance, even here was the joy of big, and again go end disillusionment.
The H90 cooled my i7-4771 on max. 55 ° (WTF? My Enermax ETS-T40 was max. 60 ° C) 5 ° C difference for 80 just ridiculous money being thrown out.
Oh I use to cool my Noctua NF-A14 PWM and this was anyway innately worlds quieter than the supplied Corsair.
So, when nocturnal rest I was a bit nerfed from rattling + THE PUMP slight vibration over MAINBOARD ANS HOUSING RENDERED what was then recognized by a very slight hum.
The next day I built immediately the stuff from >> brought it to the dealer and let me order a second to see if I had possibly caught a Monday model (as already 10000X to read on the Web is).
This time it took 1 week to I mean new H90 TODAY again hilt in his hands.
Unwrapped >> >> pump connected is listening >> exactly the same sounds as the first
I no longer do my work now and no longer build this crap a -.-, tomorrow it's back to the dealer and get me my money back (as it has already offered me the first time around)
I'm done with these AiO water coolers, as I stick to my 38 "expensive" Enermax and cools as well.
PS: I do not understand how some people perceive as the "quiet" or even silently? Possibly these customers are not sensitive to noise or have no idea what is really a silent PC.
FYI, my PC is 70cm to the left of me and I took the sounds something more true than when the "bucket" is under the table. (Which I could well imagine)
I tried with a 8V adapter (DIY) to TERMS & CONDITIONS the pump down, although brought a quieter pump noise but the degrees declined by 2 ° C high (at full load)
Summarized:
+ Easy installation, as hobbyists I did not even need a manual, so a great technical understanding I have
+ Looks great and takes up little space (not like some Tower coolers)
- Nerfig whirring pump at 12V
- Fan hums NOT caused but strength wind noise when my Noctua
- Although looks good, but you can see also the "cheap" quality on plastic lid and especially the backplate
- The threads on the radiator are cheap, so the screws are difficult beginning purely turn.
Hardware:
MSI H87M G43
I7-4771 undervoltet to 1,090V Instead 1,180V
Software:
Prime95 for CPU utilization
AIDA64 and Speedfan for reading
Cooling temperatures:
Enermax ETS-T40:
Idle = 28 ° C / load: 60-61 ° C
H90 with Noctua NF-A14 PWM:
Idle = 26 ° C / 54-55 ° C load
Pump at 8V under load 57 °
