I have the pills for several weeks as a lozenge - as stated - taken. The statement "Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water with a meal" has irritated me somewhat. Have just after 1 glass of water to drink. The tablets are easy to take and have a really pleasant fruity, slightly sweet flavor. They do not taste artificial and have no aftertaste. I also think that my feelings have verrringert fatigue, my immune system was obviously not strengthened since been over 1 week also haunted me these awful stubborn flu viruses. But finally, the B12 is not a panacea!
