Siemens IQ500 WM14Q440

In September 2011, I bought the washing machine WM14Q440. the successor seems to be probably the type WM14Q441. In the first year had to be replaced due to a loud bearing noise of the complete tub (drum). Fortunately warranty. The machine is now almost 3 years old and the sounds begin again. The only thing that Siemens or service companies offer are any additional guarantees which bring on closer examination nothing and only cost extra money. For a craftsman it should be possible to replace the bearings individually. But there is only the complete container for 250.-! I'm going to make the future a wide berth Siemens appliances.
