What led me here make a Rezessieon is the excellent support from Norton. It is possible to enter directly into a chat with a representative. Here you are dealing with friendly and especially competent people offering solutions and implement them immediately.
Example 1.) Once I had the extension just before the holidays "sleepy" and my upgrade which I ordered from Amazon too late had not yet arrived. After 5 minutes chatting my account was extended by 1 month and solved my problem.
Example 2.) ... concerns the current transition from the "old" Norton Internet Security on the new Norton Security.
Since I with a total of 8 PC's 10-user version was virtually my whole family supports the right products.
Despite the different expiration dates all licenses have been the same to me switched from Norton. So I got not only the usual 365 days, but a total of 440 days for all 10 Licences.
Moreover, I was informed by the way that you can easily "over it install" when switching to the new product without having to uninstall the old product first clean.
So I have my download and install the trial version of Norton. After this then activates the product key sent to them from Amazon and that's it.
