On average, a halfway usable fish oil capsule contains 18% EPA, 12% DHA.
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid 20: 5 (3)) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid 22: 6 (3)) belong to the group of omega 3 fatty acids.
Both (EPA + DHA) are indeed in Mega-red with present, but with only 12% EPA + 16.5% DHA.
Which in turn proves that average fish oil capsules are better equipped with Omega 3,
as the totally overpriced mega red rubbish that just for the original Mega-Red so true.
In short, who has something in the beet and only knows a little about who saves his hard-earned money.
After all, who wants to combine good and cheap regarding Omega 3, should scroll once in Amazon here.
There are vendors that 500 fish oil capsules for under 20, - € offer,
This corresponds to a saving (the same amount) of no less than 145, - Euro.
1 capsule Mega-red (9.90 / 30 piece) = 0.33
1 capsule fish oil (19.95 / 500 units) = 0.04
The quality is the same for almost all the fish oil capsules.
These are subject to a strict all inspections, are thus also free of heavy metals and
on the other hand, there is little different manufacturers (many brands come from the same kitchen).
In short order, even cheap fish oil capsules from China (* if unfortunately hard to get here)
are this rip-off Mega Red (Mega Red) stuff to superior worlds ...................
* High-dose omega-3 comes ONLY from cold-water fish, which in turn does not exist in Greater China,
must therefore be fished among others across the Atlantic.
Down with the excessive commercialism.
