I have an account set up, registered your product and the software downloaded and installed.
Launched new PC
Have an SD card inserted in the device.
Switched on and connected to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
If I start the software, then comes the call that I should turn it on and connect my device. If I do that, dannn nothing happens. The software tells me to continue, I may turn on and connect my device even though I have already done that. The software can click on anything that does not respond further.
Have always and repeatedly tried in all its variations, nothing went.
After calling the hotline, I have another USB cable that I had available, used, and lo and behold, all is well.
At the cost of a USB cable should now truly not save, I was already on the verge of the good part again to send back.
Otherwise, I am very satisfied, the device is fast and reliable, the address search goes smoothly and quickly, navigation is also good.
