I must confess that I am not an expert in piano (also do not have much in this direction in the drive cabinet); I can not judge how the skills of the young lady (born 2001) are to be classified. Following the judgments in the US forums, it lacks some of the Piano "high-end capabilities" (whatever that is supposed to be), already provide more their compositions for ecstasy - and which appear only as flow out of her. Anyway, long story short: The disc is clean and economical production: piano, bass, drums and a few pieces a cello wars that. The whole thing comes with one exception without singing from ("Salsa Americana", one of my Anspieltips). The other would be the already mentioned "Northern Lights" (composed at the age of 6 years) and "Jazz Angels". The repertoire on this album includes many styles - Nomen est Omen. Really boring is not one of the tracks, but some hang something through. However, for it to deduct a star, I think unangemseen. Strong buy recommendation!
Now just have to Nikki deliver a good album ...
