Reliable burner for Mac

The burner is of me at the Mac Mini Dual Core 1.83 GHz with 1 GB of RAM running OS X 10.5.8 related (with int. CD burner). Cooperation with the Mac internal burning program or iTunes (8.2.1) and in particular iDVD (V 7.0.4) works without objection and without additional software, even if the manufacturer specifies only Windows as a hardware requirement. For the LightScribe feature Ask I have found no counterpart, this is probably reserved for the Windows version. Does not matter for private use, a felt-tip pen, it does.
In short: if you want the device does not use in continuous use, but occasionally even created a backup on DVD or want to burn the odd video, in my opinion is well advised with the device for the money.
