Super blades, but otherwise rather not

The blade is the same as the Gillette Venus Embrace Sensitive. Because of the five adjacent blades shaving is very thorough, the razor really gets with every hair, which afterwards have a nice feel to the skin. Even the promise that no more skin irritation, meets almost entirely to me: I usually tend after shaving often red dots, pimples and ingrown hairs. I have the Gillette Venus Embrace-blade used three times already and no trace of pimples and dots yet. And that also, although I have used no shaving / Froth last time, but only a smidgen shower gel.
The reason for this gentle shaving is certainly the Lubrastreifen around the blade of a film between the skin and blade develops in contact with water and thus contributes to the razor can glide beautifully on the skin along. How quickly wears this Lubrastreifen, I can not say, but he has already survived three shaves.

Now once again something special for Snap-model (razor handle):
The first shave was a bit difficult because I did not know really how I should handle the snap. For me it always is now between the index / middle finger and thumb. The Etuit, in which the snap can be stored and transported is held plastic, and in a beautiful shade of blue. Thanks to a device of the shaver in Etuit can not slide around.

Overall, convinced me the Gillette Venus Embrace snap only the razor blade. Otherwise, I think the snap is not as good. In my opinion it is better to give to the other razors such. As the Gillette Venus Embrace Sensitive a small guard for the blade, because then you could also take these problems with travel and use on the go. Advantage would be that you then also has a decent razor handle. Since the Gillette blade fits on all other Gillette handles, I will remove it from the Gillette Venus Embrace snap and put on one of my other Gillette razors.
As with most women's razors that are not disposable razor, the blades are relatively expensive (14.99 for 4 blades). This quite high blades Price is cause I'm not going to use the Gillette Venus Embrace probably commonplace, but only in the summer, where every day you see the legs or on special occasions. If things are not so much a matter of smooth legs, I'll probably rather rely on cheaper models (must), but unfortunately then also need to take all their disadvantages.
