disabled FB - EMEA Support silenced

After purchasing and very different previous recessions I started programming the harmony555. I thought with the specifications it TV-type (Panasonic TX-32LXD55F) would be the homonymous keys already assigned as the original keyboard - but that was far from it. Besides the Pgm up / down button and the Volume + / - nothing worked. Instead, there are several PiP function keys (where my TV has no PiP). Many functions are available only through the Display aufrufbar.Für what has here Logitech actually a database, if wrong or nothing is stored inside it? After repeated consultation with the EMEA support they gave me ultimately no answer. A very "nice train" Logitech !!! This was my first and last Logitech universal FB. Absolutely idiotic !! If I - (!) Must as with any "cheap universal service" nearly every key assume by Teach, I do not see the sense of the database behind it. Plus nearly six hours wasted programming time - a complete disappointment!
Never again !!
