The software (used in OS X) is rather well done but still be improved:

(-) No auto recognition of Ref. label installed in the printer
code label is written in very small on the back of the label roll paper
you have to go manually search through the list of all support (read information) the relationship between the label name and size (eg large address format / 36 x 89 mm) and its code: 99012).
(-) The software can not do back to the automatic line (if you do a copy-paste) or use is not intuitive
if the text exceeds what will be printed does not match!
(-) The printing a picture image is possible, but will require a serious prior treatment for rendering acceptable.
(-) As well as the software runs on Mac (thankfully), the Office Communication is too focused Window (word / excell): if you're a Mac user with Pages and Numbers, it is "forgotten"
Let's finish with the positive sides:
(+) 194 black and white clip art supplied
(+) Bar code generation
(+) Generates circular texts (for round label CD)
