I have already digitized some cartridges and the device like me so far quite well. It does exactly what it should. Man playing the cassette into the little device, this then creates a digital version of it. You can then cut and edit still around, for example to cut out the break that occurs while you turn the cartridge. So it takes a long time to digitize many tapes as you have to actually play in real time. With headphones you can, if you want, listen to directly, then you have but of course remain with the computer. Anyway, so far it is working properly and I hope it stays that way ...
Addition:
Now is indeed the case feared arrived, who had already announced in some other reviews - the device is broken. Unfortunately, there were now but only a few tapes that I could convert my digital archive. Even the fairly cheap price is no justification for a device after a short time completely ceases to function.
I advise everyone explicitly from buying.
