Benefits:
Prints just fine,
Copy without a PC switch possible
Supplied photo printing software very easy to use

Disadvantages
Ink Cartridges with Chip - So nothing with cheap ink

Printer can not be turned on via the network.
The software does not support the - very annoying.
Now run is called for ...
Just off possible.
My predecessor Canon Pixma IP 4000 could still.
Technically therefore, a step backwards.

When Print Server comes with me the Silex C-6700WG used.
As the ink I can recommend Geha C55 to C59 incl. Chip without any tinkering.

Love Canon: as a network printer with this software only partially suitable.
