Battery or device defect

have ordered me about their Amazon product. Unfortunately, I have a little problem, used the battery charging device with this:

Carson 605 017 - Quick charger 4A Delta Peak

As soon as I want to boot the battery, shows me the device to the green LED lamp. That means battery was full, but all happened after 10 minutes charging time.

According to the manual should be the battery 3/4 - 1 1/2 hours to charge.. Have the battery then, then drangelassen the 2nd of the trial although greetings LED lamp is shone. (1.30std)

Unfortunately, without success, after about 10 minutes my battery was empty after use again.

Possibly the device broken?
