The mat is great for baking macarons! The Macarons all the same size and the small margin at the predetermined circles a "spillover" of the dough is prevented. It is important, however, to let the finished macarons cool long enough on the mat, or you will stick to it! Are they cooled they dissolve almost by itself off the mat. Unfortunately, the mat expands in the oven a little from, abuts the edge of my baking tray and then bulges out. Therefore, I have the edge just cut half a centimeter. The supplied piping bags are better than my expensive piping bag of T **** r and unscathed 2-3 washes in the dishwasher, so you can even use it multiple times. Since this mat has me so convinced I already own two of them now.
