Instructions can be found on the back of the pack and the only challenge I had was unfortunately the "wash" of quinoa. It is, unfortunately, very fine-grained and therefore it floats through my sieve. My recommendation: use a very fine sieve or wash the grains. As far as I can tell, there is this divided opinions in the forums.
The preparation is definitely very simple and works like in rice (twice the amount of water and salt or seasoning chicken broth).
