The expectations were high when we decided to replace "the old man" (which is not broken by the way, but continues to do so in my office their service). This chic, sleek design is instantly inviting. No "bells and whistles", just three buttons: on / off switch, 1 cup, 2 cups - Keep It Simple, Stupid! A flow rate control is not adjacent the given 1- or 2-cup setting possible, but you can keep it from overflowing to small cups with a push of the power switch.
Noticed positive (compared to the old one):
- There are also slightly higher cups and mugs - allowed to the height-adjustable cupholders away, even fits a glass for a very pretty latte macchiato with already frothed milk under!
- The crema on the coffee will be more beautiful
- The time to heat is definitely shorter
- The less space is required
- The time of the automatic shutoff is shorter than in the old
Noticed Negative:
- To put the water tank after filling into the machine is a bit fiddly
- The pod holder attaches itself very firmly and stays with the opening of the machine often depends on the lid
