Unfortunately, in the reviews of the commercial plates was read a lot of negative,
as poor workmanship, inadequate resolution of certain temperature ranges,
unreliable panel to small coil, rapid defects etc.
That's why I hesitated to buy and looking for alternatives to I this,
offered as a professional unit, Hob discovered.
Well, the price is more than double, but quality is this- justified.
Now briefly to the device itself;
Scope of supply:
=============
It was well packaged and delivered quickly.
A legible and understandable manual
and a small, magnetized card for testing of pan bottoms
on induction capability are also available.
Dimensions and features:
========================
Top glass plate, front panel foil with red digital display.
Both framed by brushed stainless steel with clean gaps.
Rear a very thick (1 cm cross section) lead with plug length about 1.50 m, no power switch.
The device gives a powerful impression with its dimensions.
Width 35.5 cm, depth 44 cm, height (with feet) 12 cm.
The 4 solid garaging feet are 3 cm high. One of them is adjustable by means of screw.
There is a stable, removable wire mesh at the bottom,
covering two fans.
The glass surface is 30cm times 30cm, the marked circle has a diameter of 24cm.
The actual size of the coil I suspect with min. 18cm, as the first test with water
and a pan with 18cm diameter bubbled the entire surface of the pan.
Experience and tips:
===================
I have connected the device to a switched outlet (toggle switch).
The first cooking tests were to full satisfaction.
Increasing the wattage (1 to 10) with respective temperature (up 240Grad)
Decreased switching-or. Heating intervals.
It is unusual, after switching on with temperature dial to 120 degrees (Wattstufe5)
catches the vegetables in the pan immediately to sizzle.
Fifteen minutes later, the vegetable stir-fry was ready to serve.
In operation, the hob is not exactly quiet, but draw the Bratgeräusche
coinciding with the fan noise about. If the plate during operation strongly hum,
so that on their design loose-fitting grille can be located on the underside.
I pulled out the grid and inserted a felt at the stop. Now buzzing nothing.
If you take the pot from the plate, the unit switches to
5 seconds automatically. The fans do not overrun.
The keypad responds without delay, the tactile feedback is good.

The solid technology promises durability and power guarantees short cooking operations.
I would buy this device at any time and it can

Addendum:
I have 170 degrees and Wattstufe7 fried at the beginning (way too hot!),
I always wondered about the rapid formation of browned bits.
Ultimately, there were at about 10 Gemüsepfanne a loud crack
and the pan was wrecked. The sunken Bodeninlet steel
had rejected herself, lifted and discolored. Learn the hard way.
Now I know that 120 degrees at 5 watts stage quite sufficient.
