A wonderful film - at first I was expecting a superficial kitischigen teen high school movie without depth, a few laughs cliché, I was however pleasantly surprised. The novel adaptation 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' describes a heart-rending story about growing up and all its cruel facets - love, drugs, pain, friendship. It creates the protagonist 'Charlie' (Logan Lerman) surprisingly good, that you identify with him - in all of us a bit asleep Charlie. Wonderfully honest this movie and highly recommended.
