I love this barbecue. You can almost all heating of food. I even made time gefrohrene fries and worked. I bought this device because it has the following features, which other devices do not have: - On / off switch - No rigid joint between the two heating surfaces (well at slightly higher sandwiches because the heating plates continue to be parallel) - The fat runs completely out into the drip tray and not elsewhere - Temperature is adjustable - You can turn the device 90 degrees and stand up what little floor space saved if you do not use the device.
