09/03/2013 The from the Netherlands say the SD card has not arrived yet and the Post says the letter was presented on 08/29/2013 at 15:10. Is really great that I have to rely on my gut feeling and it was insured. Am now really curious whether the SD card reappears. Or I must grapple with the post office for the purpose of insurance.
Update: After I pointed out to the company that I have proof that the letter has arrived, I got a new e-mail with new excuses. You can not check because the responsible employee who is responsible is reportedly sick it first. But you also are not sure whether the person has arrived at all. Nothing in the system was noted by you and I should wait a few days. I had already given up, waiting first for about 2 weeks. And suddenly I had a new card in my mailbox. So the support is really terrible.
