This is a book that, for the base managers, reveals a very interesting tool for all those who, in their professional and even personal relationships, are confronted with the sometimes delicate or complicated situations to manage. The first part is intended as a simple and clear synthesis of current knowledge on the psychology of emotions, and the practical part and the end of the book in sheets are excellent practice situations encountered in the work. Recommend to a wider audience than just corporate managers :-)
