I was only a little uncertain, as all other this rotary Wolf have only used for baking. I wanted the cheapest possible model for self turning mincemeat of lean poultry. Now I have yet dared and am thrilled. With a lever reversal of rotation Wolf budge without damaging something on every table. The instructions I have read not at all, everything goes instinctively and easily. The hole diameter for ground beef was used. Forgot my meat cut into strips and packed in the machine cranked something and already came out excellent ground beef on the other side. No great effort, no minutes of waiting. After I had my crazy 600 g meat, I built a zigzag from the few polluted inner parts of the wolf and rinsed with hot water all through, dried quickly finished. Great. Real For the price a bargain, worked very stable despite based plastic. We recommend.
