Basically, I think it's good, and also legitimate if a band wants to change made after nearly 20 years and try something new. The other bands have done before Nickelback, with quite different results. But in any case has been hotly debated over and "old" fans turned their backs to the artists, while "new" fans were gained. In most cases, bands have but only slightly changed as the success failed to materialize - but not in this case! Nickelback was / is very successful commercially and therefore really was no reason to change anything. But they have done it and it should show them respect my opinion. The disappointment of some fans is very big, I can understand, but I find some reviews exaggerated and unfair! This review should not be a "slating" even though this album does not quite meet my taste. Even after repeated listening does not want to skip with me the spark easily. The album is just me "pop" to and the songs are already very similar. I think the voice of Chad Kroeger just does not fit to pop songs, for me it has a rock voice! The song "Got me runnin`round" I find really bad! The album is (for me), unfortunately, only an average and does not hit my taste! Nevertheless, I wish Nickelback much success with "No fixed address", but our paths will be separated with this album!
