Can not be activated!

The software can not be activated for: neither the internet nor by phone.
When to activate the software by telephone test says the machine that this program has already enabled and you should not use a pirated copy. As a result, you're gonna get any updates and a desktop background is black.

Very disappointing for me since I bought it for my daughter, and expressed as a delivery address their address. I have only now to learn more about these issues, because my daughter did not want to annoy me and a few days ago new software has already ordered the others hopefully reputable Anbiter itself.
