I searched for my two sons (6 and 8 years old) a Nerf that is not too large. In particular, I wanted no electrically assisted launcher. Thus, a variety of much larger models anyway away. It quickly became apparent that only the 8-year-old, this Nerf load well and fire. It needs something "Schmackes" to complete the loading movement and the Nerf order is ready to fire. For us it is used in-house. Thus we too great a reach was not so important anyway. Especially since even then could be painful. The Strongarm has a neat rum and a few meters brings you back regular and accurate shots. Every now and then, though rarely, the tension seems to be not entirely transferred to the shot. So the Strongarm fires somewhat lukewarm. Loading the drum is simple. They can extend, similar to a revolver. Then it is easy to use the six shots. For me, it's amazing how long do single shots until they need to be replaced. Since the Stronarm partially paralyzes some and compared to another nerf in this category a little worse than that, there are only four stars.
