That amazed me cope. Is that what is stated here?
As already mentioned, I have eight of these batteries. All were previously cross-checked with my (not resurrected from the rummage of a construction market ^^) multimeter. Had all batteries boast despite a certain, past shelf life, even 1 to 1.2 volts. The batteries are (incl. The already loaded and tested) in 4-pairs with "more moderate" charging current of 500mA, the night "tested" by (ie only automatically fully charged by the charger, then discharged with half the charging current, and then again with a defined charging current until the maximum brought).
This morning the first four batteries were ready, all showed a charge level of ~ 2500mAh to 2900mAh in just over - I was stunned again.
They were subsequently discharged from me with the BC900 again, this time with a high discharge current of 500mAh, which claimed the battery well of the voltage ago.
The intervening hung ammeter proved that Technoline BC 900 does not tell fibs here. All four shafts discharged with a fairly accurate discharge of 500mAh, which after a few minutes - not really wavered even after two hours (!). Was that stated clearly enough that the battery is discharging at 500mAh already were discharged 2 hours? The Capacity Gauge seemed so to vote. And indeed - from 2.5 to 3 hours needed it until all the batteries were actually unloaded. This confirmed the previously indicated by the charger capacity of ~ 2500 to ~ 2900mAh of the individual batteries.
Currently I am running a comparative test, which, however, no longer serves the proof of the high quality of the charger, this has completely convinced me. It is rather my own curiosity - I compare four different batteries in the charger with each other - a 1600mAh battery Carson from my RC spark, a new series of the eneloop (HR-3UTG "A") with - according to the label - "min 1900 mAh "one of the eight other Sanyo with 2500mAh which I possess, and finally one of the four that came with the BC 900" Technoline 2700mAh "battery (including some very bad reviews are here to read - I'll even have a grudge, after watching the have completed test).
For remaining with the device:
The "poor manual" that some complain about here, I can not confirm. Besides folded Quick Start Guide (which I have paid any attention) containing BC 900 a (admittedly, rather small) back wire stapled booklet, in the not too extravagant, but also not too short - and sometimes topped off with consistent and meaningful tables - The operation of the charger will be explained. Two, Three little writing and grammatical errors I could detect when flying, but fell to the understanding itself is not a burden.
Some complained also about the included Type C and Type D adapter made of plastic. Well, for less than 40 Euro already offers the charger ansich a very presentable performance. That there are at all such adapters here, I find very commendable. The fact that this also does not consist of a carbon skin in conjunction with titanium alloy folding hinges, I can get over completely.
Similarly bitched about the included bag she was "good for nothing". Well, after all, the charger, the aforementioned C and D adapter, as well as the four supplied batteries come in packs (of course in addition to the original packaging in the form of a cardboard box) delivered to a home. Moreover Technoline anyone prescribes (only) to transport the charger in this case. They would by my opinion - also thanks to the carrying / shoulder strap - for digital cameras or the like and accessories suitable.
I am sure no one who wants to lead his battery charger "walkies", but there is much more expensive chargers, the less - to offer garkeinen delivery and then additionally have to take the high hurdle of 900 BC.
The only desirable for consumers alternative might be to offer some sort of booking options. The naked BC 900 with the appropriate power plug in a simple package, coupled with the guidance and optional for a small extra charge the bag, the C- and D-Adapter and the four Technoline batteries to.
For me, the accessory (or even the "non-existent option", it omit) in no way a detraction from our distributor here for - for my past feelings - very fair price!
All five star and a strong buy recommendation for anyone who likes to use batteries and want to treat them well.
