Am passionate about this commitment to the food processor. Reinwerfen potatoes up and let the wonderful fries that come out the bottom, falling into a bowl. Ingenious. It created beautiful French. Although potatoes actually have to be cut transversely, the potatoes are somehow inveigled that they - are also slit - at least partially. Result fries that rival the purchased in anything but taste better.
