Configuration:
The AV amplifier used in my 2 Nubert nuBox 681 in stereo mode and the selfsame + 1x Nubert AW996 + 3x nuBox 311 in surround mode. Room size 38m².
This AV amplifier appears at first sight not to be the right partner for stereo operation with two such powerful and power-hungry speakers (4 Ohm, incidentally). Nevertheless, I have to try daring and the result is more than surprising.
Expectations:
I have expected from the device following:
- An improvement in sound, compared with an Onkyo stereo amplifier 1989 from the 1000,00dm class;

First Impression:
Situated, cabled, configured using the Audyssey Einmessungssystems. The result was very pleasing at first, the surround experience as it should be. After a few improvements in the calibration, it is now perfect. I can state with satisfaction that the sound all from me (so far) visit cinemas loosely inserted into the bag, which on the one hand should mainly be related to the speakers, but the amplifier leaves no stain. It supplies clean my speakers and convincing even at high levels.
The stereo sound, compared with the two older amps that I had at the two front speakers before, has improved probably mainly due to the better transfer method (HDMI). The TX-NR509 provides the three Basschassies the two nuBox 681er LS way, with a bit more power, especially at higher levels. The HDMI Audio input is a fine thing. With virtually no loss can be transferred from your PC music, sound card and tangles is superfluous. The connection worked right away. The configuration was intuitive and worked quickly and easily.

I believe that a sound striking improvement can only be achieved with a disproportionate amount of money greater use.
