Upgrade for T500

Bought for my Thinkpad T500 my SSD. The old HDD had only 5400 rpm and had me so clearly too slow, and above all too loud. So had to be something new. Then browsing I came across the ScanDisk SDSSDP-064G-G25. after recently reading the reviews and some test I then ordered

After only one day, the plate was then there. A flyweight compared to the previous. The installation of the T500 succeeded thanks to the simple built-in frame as the Lenovo already has integrated easily. The entire installation took only 10 minutes.

Even during the subsequent installation of Windows I noticed the difference to the previous solution. Everything went noticeably faster. After just 25 Minnuten Windows was installed. I could not believe that at all. The first start was at 25 seconds in Likens to previously with far more than 1 minute very quickly. Within a few seconds Windows was then ready for use. In normal operation, even starting times of 15-20 seconds are possible, depending on the system and the installed applications.

The default Office and Windows operating runs smoothly. Start programs with little load times and there plus heavenly peace ;-) Electricity consumption was also slightly by 2-3 watts.

So far I am very pleased with the SSD and still enthusiastic about the performance when you start and work.
Since i owned the plate only a few days, I can say nothing about durability and continuous operation.

Would certainly buy again.

PS 64 GB enough in a notebook, if you still have an additional data plate in the form of USB or DriveBay!
