Subjectively, I can only say:

The first launch of the console:
The console is installed, all cables plugged in and the controller is switched on.

The console itself works extremely quiet - even the power supply (by many criticized) is, according to my opinion, not really. You hear it though but very quiet if you sit a bit away from it. While gambling you can hear anyway nothing.
Because Microsoft has indeed improved the technology (not the power, I'm talking about the art) is 360 while warm but not hot, the Xbox. You need in idle mode and under full load less power than previous models.
Even the DVD drive has become quieter, but still audible (if it works).
The size of the console is optimal, finally it has become smaller than the old Xbox 360 console.

The range of the wireless adapter is satisfactory. Although there certainly stronger but for a console more than okay.

I like it. It is not so vll multimedia as the Playstation 3, but will play for anyone and can do without the Bluray is worth the new improved Xbox 360 all.
