What I like least:
- The level of smoothing for my part, the result was not as satisfying with my straightener (Braun Satin Hair 7). But the big problem with this one is that it heats everywhere (inside and outside of the plates). So, if it is too close to the head (to smooth from root): we burn !!
- In terms of the loops, one can speak rather "ripple". Impossible for me to make real loops, even leaving long heat
- The grip is difficult
- The record is awful! As big as a newspaper. It is not at all practical and does not want to read it! A small booklet with illustrations would have been perfect ... We really need Philips makes efforts on presenting its stodgy manuals! For this type of product, we would appreciate a note a bit more tailored, practical, easy to read and facilitates the handling of the device.
Comes with a cover to protect the plates. A pouch would also have been nice to take her trips.
