Here is the solution of the 99% error;

1. Installs until it locks up the game as normal from the CD at 99%, but the break from under any circumstances!

2. Let the installation then hang so, and goes into the "Electronic Arts" folder and copies there the "Battlefield 3" folder created out (about 14GB)

3. Brecht now the installation, thereby the "Battlefield 3" deleted folder again.

4. Paste the copied "Battlefield 3" folder now in the Electronic Arts "folder.

5. You may have to restart now her Origin. After that you just need the remaining 2MB (the defective 1% of CD) download via Origin, + ca 2GB Updates
